Format

This event is in-person only. The goal of this event is to bring people who work on programming languages and formal verification in closeby areas together, to build connections and forster collaborations. For this, we only support in-person participation. Zoom options or video recordings will not be available.

Venue

Getting here

PSU Campus is located in downtown Portland. You can get here by bus, by streetcar, or by MAX train. You can plan your trip using Google Maps or TriMet planner.

Food & coffee nearby

We do not have a sponsor for PorPL, so we do not provide food or coffee at this event. However, we have plenty of options around campus including restaurants, cafes, food carts, and bubble tea shops. We will have dedicated coffee breaks and lunch breaks, when you are encouraged to explore these options by forming groups.

Coffee

  • Ovation Coffee & Tea. They have Moroccan coffee (coffee with a blend of spices).

  • Ole Latte Coffee. A coffee cart.

Boba

  • Bobacat Tea House. Great boba; but can be very slow during peak hours.

  • Ding Tea. Fast and a lot options.
